Serious Bee Distillers developed an old gin with 36% alcohol. Ingredients such as sea buckthorn berry, samphire and purified Oosterschelde water give the drink its special and idiosyncratic character. The malt wine is made in-house according to an old Schiedam recipe. The Zilte Nat was honored with a silver award in the International Spirits Challenge 2021.
