Mead according to our own basic recipe with added herbs that expand the taste of the mead and give it more length, traditionally made in small batches. We have developed the recipe with the pampered and adventurous wine drinker in mind. Our mead is not sweet, because the sugars in the honey are converted into alcohol. The same fermentation method is used to make wine from grapes. The alcohol content can vary between 10 and 13 percent, depending on the fermentation process. Batches made according to the same recipe may also differ from each other.
