This rum is a special trip to our own distillery. Although honey is added to the final recipe, it is of course not the most important basic ingredient for making rum. Developed in collaboration with award-winning cocktail bartenders with an alcohol percentage of 50%. Completely made in our own distillery. The fermentation smells wonderful, so we think it’s a joy every time a new batch is set up.
