Sodabi is the original distilled product of countries such as Togo, Ghana and Benin. Fermented palm juice (palm wine) is distilled into a drink with great spiritual significance. The\u00a0arrival of Europeans caused a turnaround from sodabi to Dutch gin. It even got to the point where the production of sodabi was banned. As a result, sodabi was never able to\u00a0undergo the development that Western drinks so naturally did. Now it is time to put sodabi back on the stage where it belongs.
